The Challenge
CFEP Nkembo, welcoming hundreds of learners, historically managed its enrollment and pedagogical processes via isolated Excel files and paper records.
This method caused data loss, major administrative delays during enrollment periods, and difficulty for the management to have an overview of the center's performance.

We designed and deployed a complete web platform (SaaS) adapted to their specific workflows:
- Enrollment Portal : Full digitization of student records.
- Pedagogical Management : Grading, automatic report card generation, and schedule management.

The application was developed with a Next.js (React) architecture and hosted on an infrastructure guaranteeing high availability.
